I rebuilt and led a freelance team of editors, designers, copywriters, and sound designers to successfully launch the company’s website and portfolio reel. The project had stalled multiple times, and I stepped in to realign teams, establish a tight delivery plan, and drive it to completion. ThunderChild has since evolved into a global immersive staffing agency.

I scoped, kicked off, and led the full development of ThunderChild’s company website through final delivery. I ran ongoing UX, copy, content, and design work sessions using Monday.com, Miro, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, WordPress, and analytics tools to ensure a smooth and successful launch. The site had previously stalled between a custom build and incomplete templates, and I provided the structure and direction needed to finally bring the site to life.
